Is it possible to group and randomise a set of questions?

Yes, our platform allows you to both group sets of questions and also randomise which/how many questions your respondents are shown through the “Randomisation block” feature.

To set up the “Randomisation block” feature:

  • Open your experiment and select the “Additional settings” tab.

  • Click the “Add question” button and select the “Randomisation block” option and enter your preferred maximum number of questions to display per respondent in the form below. Enter 0 to display all questions in the block to all respondents.

  • Add each question you want in the block and hover over each in the left-hand menu to make the move tool icon appear.

  • Click the move tool icon and drag each question under the “Randomisation block” element to group them together.

  • Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom of your screen.'s Randomisation block
